3. How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by phone, through our website, or directly at the garage. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

4. Can I bring my own parts?

Yes, you may provide your own parts. However, we recommend using parts supplied by Automium to ensure quality, compatibility, and warranty coverage.

5. I want to sell my car to Automium: what should I know?

If you wish to sell your car, please come directly to the garage with your vehicle. One of our mechanics will carry out a complete on-site inspection to evaluate its condition. Following this, we can make you a fair and transparent offer.

6. How long does a repair take?

It depends on the type of service. An oil change might take about an hour, while more complex repairs may require more time. A time estimate will be given with the quote.

7. Do you carry out technical inspections?

Yes, Automium handles the official technical inspection for any driver, whether you're a client or not. We can check your vehicle beforehand if needed, and take it to an approved inspection center for you.

8. What are your opening hours?

We are open:

● Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 18:00

● Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

● Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
